Default Fordyce Trail Run

So, I was invited by my local shop to Fordyce Creek for a day of off road adventure. Now, I have never been there, but I knew it was a level 10 trail and tougher than Rubicon. Lets say my learning curve was steep but the rocks were steeper and I was way out done running with Jeeps, 2 had Hemi engines and another was just out of hand.

None the less, I went everywhere they went and was never pulled, towed or winched. Great guys, lots of fun. Video is not for the week stomach, you will hear metal on rock, be warned....

Enjoy:

Oh yea, the final Damage report:

All 4 wheels – rashed
Rear Bumper – Very rashed
Drivers side rock slider – rashed
Passengers side – 2 big dents, bent, and rashed. Door does not close very well, whoops!
Exhaust tip – bent and twisted
Left rear shock housing smashed in a little, but okay to run
Front bumper has rash on right side
e-disconnect cross member is smashed flat on left and right sides, middle is fine.
Bent tie rod as well.
Need a new gas tank skid plate now.

Damage was so worth it. It is all superficial stuff anyway. Did an alignment at the end of the day to correct the tie rod.

Last night I had to redo my front differential cover seal, she was leaking.

Nope, ran that with an open front, I only have the locker in the rear.

Thumbs up

I couldn't get the video to load last night so I just saw it now.

Wow that gives me flash backs....It reminds me quite a bit of the Rubicon trail
That is some crazy wheeling!

Now that you have told us about it, we are intrigued.
