Hey JKTyrant, great pics!!! Looks like you had a great time up there. If you don't mind me asking, where abouts is that fire lookout tower?

Oh man that looks awsome. I was up at Hume Lake earlier this year on business. I tried to get to Buck Rock trail, but the gates didn't open for another week . Just as I figured, I really missed out. I've hard about the stairs/ladder to the fire lookout, but never seen a pic. That's crazy . I like the pic of the warning sign. "owners may be responsible for removal of stuck or damaged vehicles". Just drop a note here. We'll come getcha

WOL, Buck Rock trail is Central Mountains #6 in the Backcountry Adventures SoCal book. There's even a pic of the fire lookout.

I've been wanting to go to Buck Rock for the longest. Now, after seeing your awesome pictures, I'm moving it up on my list of places to check out.

Those are some awesome pics. Wish it wasn't so far from here. Looking for some good ones in texas. Can't wait to get mine on some trails. Everything around here is flat as hell.
