Glad I cut my pinch seam off, I think it is time for some flares!

Default Where are the photos taken?

We're planning a 6 week trip through Colorado, Arizona, and Utah starting in March. What are the "must run" trails in Colorado?

Time for flares or do a fender chop and re paint or use a bed liner. Nice rig!

If you've got six weeks to cover most of three states then you could easily do the entire Alpine Loop in Southwestern Colorado. If I had to narrow the list it would be:

1. Imogene Pass (from Ouray to Telluride is my favorite direction)
2. Poughkeepsie Gulch
3. Black Bear Pass

I just re-read that you're starting in March. To my knowledge, none of the high passes are even close to open that month. Imogene typically doesn't open until July 4th or thereabouts. If that's when you have to go, then you can certainly find a lot to do but I'm partial to Jeeping at high elevation.

I'm planning another 8-day Jeep trek through there again in mid-July and absolutely cannot wait. Gorgeous scenery and even better weather.

Love the pics. Where is the trail with the huge boulders? I've done most of the trails in the Alpine Loop, Ouray area except Black Bear. I hope you have a great trip in July. I've done trips to Ouray 3 summers running now & I'm going through there spring break on the way to Moab, so I doubt a summer trip will be possible. Which means I'm jealous. If you get a chance go to Leadville & do Mosquito Pass. It runs from Leadville to Alma. Great views & good climbs.

Thanks for the information. We'll definitely add these to our "gotta do" list of trails. Unfortunately, because of our timing, we probably won't get to do these this trip.

Again, thanks for the info.
