Default Jeep jamboree Pine barrens 2009

I've uploaded several of the videos from out trip this weekend to YouTube with the same Title.

I had a GREAT time at my first Jeep Jamboree, but I can see why the more hardcore owners might think it's not worth it. Being somewhat of a rookie still and only having wheeled at Hollister Hills, Assateague, Raush Creek and Moab it was time to 'study-up' on my mudding technique. The trail guides gave me a few worthy tips, and I never had to get pulled out all weekend long. Not too shabby for dang near stock.

Next on the list: Winch, mild Lift, snorkel.

I can't wait for somebody to rescue Jeep and bring back Camp Jeep 2010!

OK, you now have my interest ... Hollister Hills? PM me to discuss.

On topic, the Pine Barrens is just water slinging dirty fun (snorkle or no snorkle). Now that you have been , you should join us on the 30th for a "free" day.

For 250 dollars at a Jeep Jamboree, I am curious as to what 'genius' thought it was best to pull this guy out while backing up, not to mention the people that are too close to the pull if the to strap were to break or pull something off the jeeps.

Default Pine Barrens Jamboree

El Campede: OK, you now have my interest ... Hollister Hills? PM me to discuss
Short story to tell. I had a work trip and rented a TJ drove 6 hours to play around at Hollister just as they were closing the gates. Had fun, but couldn't go crazy like I wanted to.
The Tank Trap is just impossible to walk up, let alone drive.
I'd love to go on the 30th but we have a wedding. I'll PM you.

TKOB1060 - the Jeep Titanic, thats me
Was that you in the green JKL? I thought is was Mike. Gene actually shot that video and sent to me.

JerseyJK08 - He hasn't even gotten to the deep part yet.
You're absolutley right! We came back through there the next day and it was even deeper...

HG97TH - Looks like you had fun
I LOVED it. I'm still smiling as I clean the mud off it each day.

pagoda - For 250 dollars at a Jeep Jamboree...
I know I know... I've already had my razzing by the other Jersey JK owners. Ya gotta start somewhere

Thanks for the feedback folks. Hopefully I'll see you guys over there. PA License plate "RUBIRED"

I dont get it. Whats wrong with pulling someone out while backing up? I have been doing it for years with no problems/no injuries.
