Default JK-Forum Does Disney, OK, Aug 08

JK-Forum met up at Disney, OK, yesterday. It was hot. Really, really hot. There were five JKs, including JackMac4, RescueX, Torn, MOWrangler and mine. We had a great time, despite the heat and a fair amount of trail damage. JackMac4 ripped open a tire. As did I (Since my son drove most of the time, I should add that happened while I was driving). And I also suffered a pretty good bash to the hardtop (while I was driving). And, after getting onto the highway, we had ESP/TCS lights and realized that the steering wheel was at a 90 degree angle when driving straight ahead (making use of the cruise control very awkward). Checking it out while dining in Tulsa we saw that the drag link has a kink. I'll try adjusting the drag link to see if that can take care of the ESP/TCS lights.

Here are some images I shot with the JK-Forum run at Disney yesterday.

Great pics, sorry to hear about the tire damage. Are they destroyed or can they be fixed?

Destroyed--one big hole in the side of my tire, and two big holes in the side of Jack's. :-(

Default my jeep is now pissed at me.

Looks like you guys had a great time. I was correct earlier the week in assuming i would be stuck at the rig..

Hope you guys ordered tires through Discount Tire direct.
Sucks to be working on the trail when you should be playing.

Hopefully we'll get another one together soon and i'll be able to make it.
