Today we adjusted the drag link and the ESP/BAS lights are now off and the steering wheel is back on center. Had to adjust about 1/4"--so that must be how much the drag link is bent out of shape.

I had to do a little "tweaking" on mine today as well. Dead bushings on 3 out of 4 shocks... Relatively cheap fix, but I only have enough bushings to fix the front two and the local auto parts shop looked at me like I was on crack when I brought in the box from the bushings I bought at 4WD while on vacation, so I guess I will be placing another online order later tonight.

It is a shame to order a couple of $3 parts, though, so I guess I'll have to find something else I need.

My wife and I had a discussion about the trip this mornning.

Her: I just don't understand how you take a $30,000 vehicle out and try to tear it up...

Me: We go out to enjoy nature and see what the Jeep can do. Any parts that get tore up were probably substandard to begin with and really needed replacing anyway.

Wow! What a great bunch of pictures from everyone. Thanks for sharing. I have to work every weekend. However, we get Tuesday and Wednesday off. So we are taking the Jeep on a camping trip up in the mountains and plan to do some trout fishing and gold prospecting. I can hardly wait!

Great shots Mark. Makes me wish even more I could have been there. (105 degrees be damned.)
