Put these numbers in the google maps, and bing maps, search bars. It will take you to the approximate location the photographer was standing.

You drive on anything up here that your not allowed to, you will end up in jail or attacked by the tree huggers!
You may be able to get away with it in the winter when it's quiet, but I don't think you stand a chance in the summer.

I figured that, exactly why I was asking. From what I've read it is definitely not a problem to dive out to bar island during low tide. Meaning "legal" correct?
