I don't think that type of cruelty recognizes national borders. While our pets in the US probably eat better, have better health care and housing than a great deal of the world's human population, when economic hard times arrive, the numbers of abandoned pets is enough to overwhelm the humane societies.

Sometimes, it is a sad, sad world.

great pics as usual dildo, i cant wait to get back to mexico myself to play with my jeep........er a wife i mean, sorry honey

but as for the way of life in mexico, thats just the way some places are down there. i know a couple places very close to texas where you can cross the border and go 20 miles or so and literally step back into the 18 - 1900's....like the wild west. where you ride your horse into town, tie it up in front of the saloon, and they even carry side arms and rifles. so its a little behind, I STILL LOVE IT IN MEXICO!!!!!!!
