You going to take your time on the way and hit the scenic paths or get there first?

my plan was cruising USA by going to grand canyon, Mount Rushmore, etc. but I dont think Ill be able since I had a motorcycle accident and I can't walk now.. only jump on crutches lol. so most likely will be driving to around MT or WA and then cross the border, because I dont feel comfortable driving in Canada because is almost like unknown territory to me lol and gas prices are higher than in the States.
but I will consider all routes !!

it's unseasonably warm and dry here in Juneau lately! Enjoy the drive up! Bears are out and about, people are catching the king salmon already. You'll be hard-pressed for returned Jeepwaves in this town, but my friend and I are hell-bent on turning that around.

Wow, that's quite the trip! From one corner to the opposite. Just curious though....how do you plan on driving to Alaska from Florida and not drive through Canada!?!

Haha...that would be quite the ferry trip! I wonder how expensive it is? There are two ferries involved. The bellingham, WA to Ketchikan AK and Ketchikan AK to Juneau AK. I suppose that there really arn't alot of roads up that way so a ferry is your only choice!!! lol

It would be quite the ferry ride! very scenic!!!

Here's the Alaska Ferry Adventures web site:

Cheers
