With all these stories, and no money in my wallet... Water is very scary.

You could probably get a new 3.8 from Burnsville offroad cheap. As many Hemi's as they are doing, he probably has them stacked up. Sucks about your jeep though. If they total it, can I have your trans case? JK.
I am gonna take a guess and say that if you had not hit the water at 40mph, this thread would be a great story and great pics.
That water looks very crossable but not at mach speed.

talking about the guy (burnsville offroad?) that is doing Hemi swaps and has alot of brand new used jk motors. I'd contact him for a used one.
