Oh, by the way, I called Orange Coast Jeep this morning returning Bretts call asking how my visit went, only to find out he doesn't work there anymore! He no longer with the Chrysler/Jeep at all anymore. Sounded like he was let go. Would you have any of the inside scoop on this?

 

Bummer - he's actually the one who had been helping me out. Well, him and Gilbert. I'll be going in tomorrow and I'll let you know what I find out.

Our East Coast Meet and Greet was also a lot of fun. Seems it was a great Jeep weekend coast to coast.

 

Yes I was shocked. He had called me a day before asking me how satisfied I was with my visit then the next day I call back and he's gone. I'll be curious to know what happened, that is if they even tell you.

You know, I just checked out all the awesome photos from it and man, it looks like you guys had a great time too!! That is just so cool that we were able to have HUGE runs on both sides of the continent at the same time

I was in sand and going about 20-25 mph and my right front tire glanced off a half buried rock. My steering wheel moved sharply to the left about 6 ".
I stopped thinking I just blew a tire. I started back up and I heard clicking, I stopped and some one else found the problem. The tire didn't even go flat.
The dealer is going to warranty it, but at the last minute some service assit mgr. starting saying something about it's lifted. I was told by the dealer that a 3" lift is OK, and the service guy pushed it through. The new axle will in on Friday and I hoped it's installed on Sat. I'm having JK withdrawals!!!

 

WHAT!!!???!?!???!?!?!?!??!???!!?!?!? No wonder I got out of California.

Wow ,cool video,very professional looking.I do have to get on one of these runs with you all.That looked like alot of fun,I'm jealous.
