Who would have guessed that a small camping trip with a few friends out in the desert would have turned into the mega party that is Roktoberfest! If you weren't out in Cougar Buttes with the JK gang over the weekend, I can tell you that you missed out on one helluva good time. Here are some pics for you to enjoy.

A HUGE thanks needs to go out to MBATF, mmccurdy, Maria, angry chicken and angry chicken's wife for making the Trashed Pumpkin Saloon the crown jewel of Roktoberfest AND for providing 2 KEGS of beer, American Honey and food for everyone. I would also like to thank Red Dog for helping us get porta-potties and sm_rubi, wildandwillin, serveapurpose, JeJe and Full-Traction Suspension for helping make the trail runs possible. Thanks to Woods for bringing out a keg of beer, Joe from TeraFlex for making tasty rootbeer, Off Road Evolution for the meatball sandwiches and Falken Tire and ORW for the swag. Of course, there are plenty of others that came out early to help setup such as Trail Bud, Inyo JK, 08YELLORUBI and so many more that I hope you can be forgiving of me for not naming you all by name.

To everyone else, thank you for joining us at Roktoberfest and for making it the party of the year. We had an outstanding time with all of you and can't wait to do it again!!

ANNNND~~~ I just found some questionable pictures of myself...

 

She's doing better. Needed 3 doses of anti-venom and a blood transfusion and her leg is really swollen but, I think she's going to be fine. Great gal and a real trooper who stayed calm and kept up a good sense of humor throughout the ordeal.

 

x2 to all that.... man... great weekend, great pics. That sunset silhouette pic was inspired, and it's always cool to see a set of pics that don't just get blurrier and blurrier as the night wears on (thanks Andrew!)

Also thanks again to everyone who came to help us finish off the FOUR(!!) kegs and over a dozen bottles of the sweet stuff.... that stuff wasn't going to get drunk on its own
