Default Red Cone Peak, Colorado

We got 250 pictures between 3 cameras, so I'll post a link. Too cool of a trail and too nice of day out not to snap that many photos The pictures towards the end are the best if you're only going to check out a few. 250 is alot to look at! We even helped out a guy in a Dodge who was about to roll his ride off of the cliff so we had good karma on our side for the day too

Very easily accessible from Denver too. Right off of 285. Let me know if you want to run it one of these weekends. One of my favorite trails around here and I can't ge enough of it!

Great pictures! My dad and I just ran the other "Cone" today (top of Kenosha Pass) and it was beautiful. If you're interested, I've posted some pictures in another thread in this section. If anyone knows the name of this trail...let me know what it is...I've always just called it "Twin Cones" trail. It's also very easily accessible from Denver...only took a little over an hour to get to the trail head.

Great shots, love this trail.

Took my 5yr old son and our silly dog up a couple of weeks ago, Webster was snowed in but it looks like you all were able to make it past the snow drift? Came back with a nice dent in my stock front bumper but he and the dog loved it.

Thanks for the link. I'll be on Red Cone next month!

Question: the trail looks achingly beautiful, but easy to drive. Would you concur? Reason I ask is, I want to his at least one technical trail when we visit in a few weeks. We're talking about Holy Cross City. Input? Suggestions?
