Default A shot from my first run

I didn't really feel like posting a poser shot of me waving from a speed bump or a curb, so here's one of me during my first-ever run. We hit Tree's Ranch yesterday. I don't remember the name of this obstacle. It's the one where it's a 5-foot drop.

Very nice! A little fender trimming will help you stuff a bit more tire.

I actually didn't have a problem with the fenders until I ripped one off on a tree

I inspected the wells after the run and I was actually rubbing the frame. I don't think I hit the flares much.

Doesn't look too shabby, did you make it back up that?

It was a one-way path. Our group continued down to another section that had an 8-foot wall we had to get up. I got it on my second attempt.

8ft wall as in nearly no face to it? Got any pics? Sounds pretty intense. 4ft rock wall is about all i've been able to find/conquer.

It had a face. Perhaps "wall" isn't the right term (it was my first run). It was a rise with jagged outcroppings from front to back about 3 feet. I figured it out on the way that once I had the front tires in position, I was sitting at about a 40 degree angle. No, I don't have pics of it. My brother has some video from it, but we aren't exactly sure how to get the video to his computer yet. Once I get some of those off, I'll be sure to post them.

I wish I remembered the name of the obstacle. It was a pretty fun one.

Ok, as I said, I would post a video of that face. It took some time getting things up to YouTube, and it's kinda lame without sound but at least I got one up.
