Testing bone stock flex
for your question about securing the sway bars, you have a Rubicon. which means you have electronic disconnect. the bars stay attatched but there is a mechanism on the sway bar itself that goes across the front in there that un-locks (per say,) and that allows each side to flex differently, THIS is why you rubicon guys are supposed to push that disconnect button when you're on level ground so that the bar can lock into itself and behave nicely on the road when you are connecting them. this goes also for disconnecting too so there isn't as much stress on the sway bar
