Talking Trail Video Diaries from British Columbia

Hey y'all!

I typically have my GoPro running on most trips and create videos because 1) I have insomnia and it gives me something to do and 2) We have family in Arizona and in the UK who love to see where we're exploring.

Here's a few of our latest trips:

Hut Lakes in Squamish, BC.
http://vimeo.com/45559985 Placer Lake, 5 hours east of Vancouver, BC.
http://vimeo.com/45175900 Chehalis Lake, North of Mission, BC.
http://vimeo.com/45885128 And one more..... Eagle Ridge in Coquitlam (cool trail essentially right near town)

https://vimeo.com/46270167 Cheers! ~ Paul.

UPDATE! - Added another video of us exploring old mine shafts on Page 3 of this thread!

UPDATE 2! - Added two more videos of us bushwhacking an extremely overgrown trail and transversing Mount Sheer on Page 4 of this thread!

UPDATE 3! - Added a video of us travelling the BC backroads between Harrison and Pemberton to Page 4 of this thread!

UPDATE 4! - Video of us conquering the long-deactivated Stawamus Indian FSR on Page 4 of this thread!

UPDATE 5! - Video of driving the heavens... Molybdenite Ridge on Page 5 of this thread!

UPDATE 6! - Added a video of a newly constructed fire lookout at Nahatlatch, BC on Page 6 of this thread!

UPDATE 7! - Posted a video of a run to the Oregon Coast Dunes and Tillamook Forest on Page 7 of this thread!

UPDATE 8! - Posted a video of a run to Peg Leg in Chilliwack on the Fraser River to Page 9 of this thread!

Bada$$ videos......Love that part of Canada.....Flew into Calgary and drove west to Banff....then into BC with several stops along the way to Vancouver......what an incredible place to live.....Living in South Florida doesn't allow me the opportunity to wheel like that......I have a friend who is in the freight/transit business and he has told me on several occasions that he'd trailer my Jeep to Seattle if ever i want to get out that way......Looking at your videos makes me want to take him up on the offer.......Keep the vidoes coming......stay safe

Cheers

Thanks for the comments!

Yes, we are spoiled with the amazing scenery in BC. However, the US has some amazing places as well... I'd love to go back to Moab, do parts of Colorado, wheel Arizona and California. And Tilamook Forest in Oregon is on my wish list too ;-)

JK Mikey - I run a 2012 Sahara with 3.73 gearing and a LSD rear end. Tires are 34" with a Teraflex 4" 8 flex arm kit. JE Reel 1310 up front. Poison Spyder Brawler Lite with XRC8 Comp Synthentic line, rear bumper setup is a LOD 3rd Gen Bumper, tire carrier, gas can mounts and trail rack. Next up is a Prorock 44 with ARB locker up front and 4.88 gearing all around.

Cheers! ~ Paul.

Awesome videos. I love that part of North America. I've always traveled there by plane/car rental but would love to do it in my Jeep someday. Also, an excellent video demonstrating the capabilities of a Sahara. Keep up the good times!

Beautiful scenery, and great videos. I love watching that last one especially. I think the lousy weather made for some good footage!
