Labor Day!

I'll be out there again for the Labor Day run. I love that place, it's just awesome.

Here's a few of me out there on Coco's Corner:

it's the generic Bestop Mesh top (bought it from allthingsjeep.com for like $50) Those pics show me running it without the header, I've since bought the smittybilt header so it doesn't have the slack in the front anymore. I can now run it on the highway without it blowing back

Thanks, does it keep the heat out, and how much for the header?

Beautiful location, great job on the pics, looks like a map target I need to peg. Looks like you guys had a blast! My wife and I are going to the Jeep Jamboree @Texas Spur (forget which ranch that is) in Sep, have been prepping SASQUATCH for this trip. With gas prices and the mod list it's strategic where I plan on going right now.

I really love this top as it keeps you shaded AND lets the air in, it's the perfect trail top imo.

here's a link to the top:

and the smittybilt header I just got from 4wd.com

http://www.4wd.com/productdetails.as...2&partID=11776

you can get the smittybilt top from 4wd.com or you can get a bestop channel from allthingsjeep.com. I bought the top by itself thinking I could make it work without the channel but you really do need it if you want to drive at highway speeds.

Here is the link for Trees Ranch:

The Ranch is located South of I-10 between Kerrville and Junction. It's worth the trip though, great place to wheel and trails for every level.

We went over Memorial Weekend and wheeled from 8:30am to 7pm both Saturday and Sunday and didn't wheel the same trails more than once (well Centipede we did but only to loop back to catch all 3 )

I wish I would have known gas was going to shoot up like a rocket. We're going to the JJ in CO in Sept. I'm still trying to figure out the cheapest route...
I want to keep miles off the jeep so I may have it trailered over and fly.
