Twin Cone 6_20_09
The day started out early at 8:00am and it was overcase slightly. All toghether we had 5 rigs (Me, Aaron, Jim, Jenny, and cullin).
There were two TJ's and 3 JK's...
The trail is very scenic and worth the drive if you are looking for some places to get some good camera shots. Unfortuntaely it was overcase at the top of the peak (12,314) and we couldn't see as far as I was hoping...

For all the pictures we took you can go here (although we didn't get very many pictures).

We did have some carnage!
Jim broke his sway bar, he actually bent it like a pretzel as it got hung between the axle tube and something else (??) and the axle flexed up and turned it into a pretzel.
Cullin's sway bar mount bushing ripped right out of the bracket so he had to remove this completely.
Jenny's battery in the TJ completely died to the point it would crank, click or anything. It had to be jumped off a few times as it wouldn't even idle correctly!! Good news is I got a new optima yellow top battery out of it
Happy fathers day to me
We did get some rain on the last little bit out and the drive home, bit it held off for us to make it all the way to the summit
Wish more could have joined us.
Jenny is working on a video, and we will try to get that posted soon.
