Thumbs up VIDEO - The Adventure Begins / Project-JK Moab EJS 2008 - Day 1

This is the first in a series of upcoming Project-JK video that Cindy (WOLette) is putting together to document our trek up to Moab, Utah to attend the 2008 Easter Jeep Safari. Day 1 essentially covers our long drive up from Southern California with JK-Forum members Jen (Toad), Jeff (Bullfrog) and Jason (SDMF), all of which are from the SoCal group. Along the way, we passed through Las Vegas, Nevada, the Virgin River Gorge in Arizona and too many beautiful places to list as we made our way across the state of Utah to get to our final destination. Although there isn’t any wheeling in this video, we did get an opportunity to shift into 4WD HI as we encountered a considerable amount of snow coming over the mountains between Cedar City and Green River, Utah and I think you’ll enjoy our journey just the same. Be sure to check back again soon as we will be posting videos from all the great trail runs we did during our week at the Moab Easter Jeep Safari 2008.

Thanks guys. Although there wasn't any wheeling in it, we thought it would still be fun to show what it was like to make a 12-14 hour trek up to Moab with a few other JK-Forum members.

Looks like fun (well except for the cold and snow).
Hopefully we'll make it next year! Can't wait to see the rest of the adventure.

Great video, can't wait to see the rest, that is of course after you finish the Anza Borego one.

Also, I'm glad Jason is an Angels fan and not actually on the team! (Unless that was Bullfrog making that throw, it was hard to tell in the video)

Great vid...that looked exactly like my trip. It's kinda funny because I left at 6:00 also, went through a couple of snow storms, and got there after dark! Keep up the good work.
