FOR SALE: 5 Goodyear Duratrac 285/70R17 Tires (Southeast PA)
SOLD!
I just upgraded to 35" tires, so I have five 285/70R17 Duratracs for sale. They're only 8 months old with 9,300 miles. All of the tires, including the spare, have been rotated twice and have at least 7/16" of tread left. Great tires both on and off-road!
$700 firm for all five. C'mon...that's a great deal. There was a set of five 285/70R17 Duratracs with more miles that recently sold on this forum for $800 (link).
Local pickup only in Phoenixville, PA (about 28 miles northwest of Philadelphia).

32" for me as well. That's on a 2-door JK with a 142 lb. bumper/winch combo up front, heavier aftermarket components underneath, 17x9 wheels, and tires at 30-35 psi.
Mathematically speaking, I think 285/70R17 tires are only 32.7" high in the best case. If you want an actual height of 33", you're better off looking for a tire with an advertised height of 34" or maybe even a 35" tire that runs small. That being said, don't doubt these Duratracs and their 32" actual height. I often ran in groups where the other rigs had 35's and 37's, and I went everywhere they did.
