Miles. That's usually when I change my oil too so I do it then.

I have two 3 ton jacks and I love them! I saw that scrawny Jack that came with my Jeep and just laughed... Invest, you won't regret it!

I personally rotate these $300 a piece tires every oil change and check my alignment once a year. Good practice for a big investment.
I do mine every other oil change and I have a lifetime alignment with Firestone. I usually go after I go do some hard wheelin'. Both of our regimes are good though!

Thumbs up

Thanks! I've been looking for the 5 wheel rotation pattern!

I do the 5 tire rotation from the diagram. I get free rotations at discount tire, but it's a pain to try and get them to follow the same rotation every time. No one but us Wrangler owners does a 5 tire rotation, so I'v seen techs just randomly toss the spare in place of another tire in the standard rotation. When I try to get them to follow the diagram, they give me the crazy look. Now I just do rotations myself.

Same here, it's not that bad and you can check your brakes while rotating. Plus, I don't trust others to rotate my tires since I had a cross threaded lug nut that some idiot pounded on with an impact and didn't bother telling anyone.

I've been doing the the rotation shown in the picture above for 38,000 miles now. No damage to the tires, and they are all wearing evenly.
I've been using the same rotation patter for approx. 30,000 miles now and my M/Ts are wearing evenly. I rotate every 3 to 4k, whenever I do an oil change.

X2, better wear and 20% more tread life. I do mine every 3K on the driveway, takes minimal time and by starting with the R rear and doing the reward cross you only gave to jack each corner once!
