36 Degrees and no doors? No Problem
Ok, so here in Western Oregon we're supposed to see temps over 70 for the first time this year. That definitely calls for a celebration- off with the front doors. That's fine for the commute home, but what about the 20 mile trip to work at 6am?
I recently had the need to buy a new hose for the trusty shop-vac, so let's re-purpose the old one. The end that plugs into the vac is just big enough to fit in the HVAC ducting in the dash. Simply pull one of the center vents out and shove the hose in. Stick the other end of the hose (which you've probably cut to length) in your jacket and let the hot lava JK heater do the rest. I wouldn't necessarily say I was comfortably warm, but it wasn't too bad.

Living in the Northwest will do that to you I've got it out of my system, and since there's rain in the forcast for tomorrow the doors go back on for another month. I wonder if I can sell the hose in the for sale section?

Put it in the for sale section and wait to post pics after they ask for them
