3rd row seat 4dr jk

He added a 3RD seat. (That's 2 front seats, the stock rear seat and an additional seat behind that one from a TJ) Technically, if you put 3 in the middle seat, he can now fit 7 people.

I guess what is throwing me off is the next to the last pic.....Where is the original rear seat?? All I see is the new one and the front seats?

Don't have a 4 door so maybe I am missing something in the pic, I would love to see a new pic without the top on showing all the seats. I am interested b/c I was considering moving the rear seat in my 2 door a little further back.

i've been meaning to get to the junk yard to get a seat from a tj and do this... you beat me to it. haha, nice work. Looks great, and now i know it will fit. My only concern is will it fit with the stock subwoofer back tehre?

I will be getting a 3rd row seat for sure at some point. Most likely like the one blkpearl has, but first is the lift.

But with the 3rd row seats I would need either a roof rack or a receiver hitch and a receiver hitch rack, so the whole thing will not be cheap, but it will be awsome.

I don't think that is what he is getting at. It does not matter what kind of bolts you use when that area is designed to "absorb" a rear impact before it gets to the "stock" seats.

It is nice though...
