Default Chopping a stock bumper?

Has anyone chopped a stock front bumper down? I am considering doing this and am curious if anyone could give me some advice.

If I could figure out a way to breifly increase my manual dexterity and focus by about 200%, I would have a sweet stubby bumper.

try a sawsall (sp) or a hacksaw!

Don't use a lawnmower or a chainsaw, they don't work well on metal or plastic.
Oh and cut on the outside of the bolts where the frame rails are.

use painters tape to follow the lines of the fenders. other wise it'll look like mine. cut perfectly square, but doesn't follow the lines still looks kick ass!

Back when I had mine, we just took a sawzall to it. Not as fancy as some of the more elaborate stock stubby endeavors on the board, but it worked for me!
