I never had this problem because my jeep doesn't have the insert. On another note, I am tired of my coffee falling so does anyone want to donate their extra cup to me???? Seriously.

Default seems easy

I did the blinker mod and the grill mod today. They were both quite easy to do and it makes me happy making changes from stock. The cup holder looks interesting. This might be my next mod. Does it work for the rear cup holders as well?

Has anybody come up with a cup or bottle holder for the doors?

The rear cupholders in my 2008 Jeep do not have inserts, so it would not work.

I disliked how shallow the cup holders were in my 2010 JK so I went and bought a rubbermaid brand cup holder for $5 at target (I had a $5 target gift card I needed to use) and I really like it.

Cup Holder Organizer | Car Organization Products | Rubbermaid

It has hard rubber grips on the sides so you can really jam it in the cubholder. It is like a rock in there now.

I Have the organizer part of it over the parking brake (I have an automatic so I rarely need to use the parking brake). And I use the other stock cup holder to hold misc stuff.
