What do you do about the gap where the factory fender was attached?

You're gonna have a gap there. You can see the gap on the 2nd picture in the post above yours. It's really not that big of a deal. I've got fender deletes back there and have the same gap. It's really not bothersome or noticeable at all. Nothing to do unless you're really anal and decide to weld some small trim piece that covers that up.

I have the Evo corner armor that allows for a fender flare to be bolted on,recently caved both fenders into body below armor so I have some damage.Bought the “full” Evo corners and am going to replace the first set I installed. Inside lip is pretty messed up ,I guess all the new armor will cover it up anyway.

Wide fenders bolted to sheet metal and the side of a mountain are not a good combo,nutserts just ripped out on drivers side and drove the fender into the body on passenger side .
