Thumbs up Full Traction 3" Ultimate Lift Write-Up

At last - it is finished!!!

The Official Project-JK Full Traction 3" Ultimate Lift Installation Write-Up

I really do apologize for taking as long as I had in getting this write-up for the Full Traction 3" Ultimate Lift done, but as you may or may not be able to imagine, doing a write-up of this scale is truly a monumental task. Anyway, it is now available for all to use and for the most part, it should be useful to anyone installing a 3" lift kit of any make.

Here's a couple of shots of what this lift can do for your JK...

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Impressive write up. I installed the same kit the Sunday before last and can't imagine what a pain it the a$$ is must be to continously stop to take pictures to document the process. I wheeled my for the first time yesterday and was very much impressed.

Well done.

Thanks Duke. It's always a job to do installs anymore but we're always glad to do it if it can help others out. As far as your wheelin goes, where'd you take it out and how bout seeing some pics if you got em

Thanks so much for documenting this install. The FT ultimate is the lift I am saving for, and I am sure your writeup will help a lot with the install.

Did you remove or add disconnects to your rear sway bar?

Nope, I installed the new Full Traction rear links and then installed the factory rear links up front.

Wow, you get that kinda drop in the rear (looking at your pics above) with the rear links connected? ...very nice.

Oh yeah, if you look closely at this shot, you can see the swaybar between the bumper and tire bending way down...

Here's another shot from up front...

Seriously, this kit provides some amazing crazy flex
