So I read 105 foot pounds instead of inch pounds and snapped on the the rear bolts... How screwed am I? Or will I be ok?

 

Seems to be important (stamped on the oil pan itself) but cannot seem to find it.

What size are the bolts for the dust cover?....I recently discovered that one is missing....and when I went to the dealer to get a new bolt, they couldn't find which one it was that I needed. The guy didn't want to bother checking under the jeep to help find out what I needed.

 

They look like 8 or 10 MM Mine leaked again after replacing the gasket so the 2nd time I used ultra black silicone on both sides of the gasket all the way around and never leaked again so advise is don't just do the corners go all the way around. Also don't put oil back in and start it for 24 hours that is another typical mistake with silicone people want to run it right away.

 

I know old write up but sweet! Glad this came up. I need to do this.
