Default Pro Comp Light Bar Instal directions w/Pics

The kit.

1. Lower the Air Dam by removing the four plastic screws and rivets. You will unscrew the screw all the way then pull out the rivet. The reason you will need to remove the air dam is to get to the inside of the bumper for bolting on the ligth bar later.

2. Line up the light bar 1 1/4 inches from the rear of the bumper lip. Then with a pencil mark the hole inside each end of the light bar. I made a pencil line at the 1 1/4 mark to ensure it was perfectly straight.

3. Center punch the mark.

4. Drill a 7/16 hole. Going through the plastic is like butter and is 3/4 deep till you hit the steel of the bumper support. Then drill a 3/4 hole only through the plastic bumper.

5. Insert the 3/4 inch washers.

6. Line up the light bar. Drop the bolts through the hole and rach under the bumper and attach and tighten the nuts.

7. Hammer in caps at each end of bar.

FINISHED! Now install the lights....

Looks good. How did you hook up the lights? Seperate switch, or tie into the other fogs?

I'm sorry, I guess I saw that write-up already unless someone else did the same exact switch. Thanks.

Looks good. Do the wires for the lights run through the light bar?
