Rough Country SS Relo Kit write-up
Hmm, I didnt notice that about the required lift. I am a little surprised by that. Things do neck down pretty tight toward the psgr side knuckle. If the dual puts the brakcet on top of the tie rod really close to the psgr knucle, then maybd it would interfere with the drag link. There isnt much room there. Still, a 2" lift would only spread that angle slightly, and it would still converge at that point. BUT... if they say you have to have the lift, then I suppose they would know. I would imagine the SINGLE like I got would be fine though... Did it say lift required for it too?
This might help to see what it could bind on...

Oh yeah... Yes, I did see quite a difference compared to my other SS/setups. I dont know if it is the shock itself, the mounting, or the combo. The shock is larger and has more oil, so that could be it. The mounts are quite a bit more solid, too. Also, it could be some mathematical/geometric answer... The OEM location is close to where the DL and TR converge on the knuckle... This one is on the other end... Maybe there are different forces on one side or the other? Not sure. It is better... I just cant put my finger on WHY.
