Default Rough Country Stubby Bumper Caps

I ordered a set of Rough Country stubby bumper caps. They arrived in a very timely manner, however they were shipped with out any packing material
between the two caps. These caps are steel not plastic and are painted. without packing material between them they banged against each other during shipping. They arrived very scratched up. I contacted Rough Country via e-mail advising them. I can bedline these things and still use them but a response back of some sort would have been appreciated. As I advised them in the email, This is my 4th Jeep. Two previous were old CJ's with a lot of mods. Over the years, I have purchased a lot of online parts. This was my first purchase through Rough Country. Not a good first impression! What kind of experience have you all had with Rough Country?

My first experience with RC was good. Not to long ago I had a situation that really got on my nerves. Got a redolent part "ordered" and after waiting 3 weeks without getting it had to call back only to find out nothing was ordered and everyone I talked to had no idea what I was talking about. Then 2 weeks later I finally got a part. I say A part because it wasn't the one I needed. I said screw it and got the part from someone else.
