Rugged Ridge End-Caps for Modular HD Front Bumper
So today I installed the End-caps for my bumper. Well lets see...if you are an idiot just like me
and you installed the bumper first before installing the end-caps, this write-up is for you.
1. First unpack the end-caps, and get all the necessary tools. For this installation you will need two 3/4" socket wrenches and long-ass (no less then 12"long) 3/4" combination wrench.

2. To have more work-space behind the bumper, I removed one of the bolts that hold the bumper.

3. Then you will need to remove the 3 lock-nuts that hold the flat end-cap. Do not loose any of the nuts and washers that you have removed.

4. To make it easier, turn your wheel away from bumper. That way you will have more work space.
5. Insert the end-caps mounting bolts into the bumper, and thread the (by hand) the 3 lock-nuts that you have removed previously. Then tighten them with wrenches.

6. After you have end-caps bolted on, don't forget to install the bumper mounting bolt that you have removed.

7. Do the same thing for the other side and YOU ARE DONE !!!
