My neighbor and I wound up coating some tubular bars for his truck so it wouldn't rust from the inside out. I saw on the power block that Ian had a wire brush that cam in different size diameters and lengths that you attach to your drill and you run it through the pipe then we wound up just getting a quart of Rustoleum paint and poured it into the bar. We then plugged both ends and prior to pouring in the paint we put some duct tape around the little possible holes that the paint would maybe come out from. The holes we plugged with rubber stoppers from home depot with a butterfly nut on it and it just compressed itself to the hole. Swooshed around the paint till it was or seemed it was good and coated and we poured out. So far so good.
