HaHa... I've wondered the same thing. There's so much that can be done to our rigs. I wonder if Jeep has ever considered offering certain customizations (lift kits, tires, etc) from the factory.

Anyway, I'll take some pics of this mod tomorrow. I'm pretty pleased with how it came out.

how do you get the dash ring set thing out of there? jw, the other question wasn't answered yet

I didn't do the dash ring only b/c I haven't yet figured out how to take that assembly apart yet (or taken the time to really give it a good look based on the notes in this thread). I might wait until I have a completely free weekend when I can really take it apart and leave it that way for a bit.

my 1st post and 1st mod to my jeep... turned out as expected from reading previous posts. could someone tell me if the sound bar speakers tilt inwards slightly... want to make sure i put them back on correctly

Pretty sure they tilt slightly inwards. Mine do.

i'm looking to do the ring on my gear shift (manual) .... does anyone know ... does it just pop off?
