I see Quadratec.com also sells cans of color matched paint... around $11 a can... just saw it after seeing this thread.

I just did my trim with Duplicolor Mirage purple/green last week. Color sanded and polished them tonight. Tomorrow I get to put them back in and start working on the tweeter covers.

Did you ever get that last vent out? Use a screw driver, there is a small hole the the vent. Line that up with the hole on the inner piece. There is a tab that stops them from moving that needs to be pushed in to remove them.

Nope never did get that last vent out, but in the end I'm kind of glad because it would have been to much red for my taste while driving. Here is what i did do

I've been thinking about how to dress up my dash since I bought my jeep 2 weeks ago. I saw online you can buy all these accent pieces in silver but their a lil pricey. I just read all 49 pages of this thread and love the idea and everyone's pics. I have a silver JK and think I will do a combination of silver and gloss black. I'll be sure to post pics when I get started. I can't wait to start customizing my JK! Thanks for the all the great ideas
