thanks Dave. I'm hoping I can find a good write up just so I can see how it's done. I've been too busy the last few days to actually sit down and figure out how to do it. I've found a few threads, but they are all missing pictures of the process, and most are only the front bumper.

I had been wanting to make the rear bumper a stubby as well but just like you, been pretty busy. I had seen a thread where he chopped the end and then riveted the cap back on but I can't find that thread. Post pics when you try it!..good luck!
