I just completed the disco flip and the clearance is great, but I cannot get the S bar to budge so my motor is up against the plastic radiator piece. Does anyone else have a secret to get this thing to bend other than a torch or do I really not need to worry about it being up against the plastic radiator piece?

You can get it to bend with a pry bar. What I did to get it off the radiator is spaced the sway bar mounts on the frame rail. 3/16 steel should do it. I have mo motor interferance at all. I also cut off the tip of the s bar 3/8 inch, it was hitting the motor.
BTW I've been running this set up all summer and with no issue. Believe me had I not moved it I would of hit it for sure, that's what the scrapes on my bumper indicates. Here's a pic of the spacer.

I have finally gotten the S hook to move about a 1/4", but that is not enough and I am concerned more about the S hook contacting the bolt on the motor that I am about the motor touching the plastic radiator cover. I will have to put it back until I can find myself a bigger pry bar any/or make the spacers for the sway bar.

i can not see the pictures.

Thank you for your posting !

Installed the ARB Deluxe front bumper. The Electric Motor Sway Bar disconnect, in the 2010 Rubicon, needs Protection. Any BOLT ON skid plates ?
Without the need to cut/grid and make holes available ?

Thanks you.
