I am going to order this tomorrow. My question is:
Can I just order the hinge and use the OEM tire mount or do I have to order the tire mount also?
I am running 35" Duratracs with 4.5 backspacing.

I think you'll be fine with that much backspacing, but give teraflex a call and they can answer for sure.

I had the hinge and adjustable tire mount for a while and love it!
Finally got my hi-lift mount in. I had to modify the cover to make it work (just cut a little slit for the mount, makes it harder to steal) and I added the rotopax lox as well. Install was very easy! Only three bolts for the mount. I did pick up an oversized nut to use as a spacer on the rotopax locking handle. Note on that, you don't need the base, only the handle. There is ZERO rattling with anything on this mount. Really a quality product!

Love mine.....really easy install!
I primed and painted the bare metal under the stock hinge......I'll take some pics and post soon.
It's funny how solid the teraflex hinge feels compared to the stock one. The door actually shuts nice too.
