It was threatening here at the house all day but we got lucky. Sterling and Nikiski had/have power out still. I was out working in Nikiski today and there were trees down and laying on power lines everywhere. Never seen it so bad in all the years I've been here.

 

Snowing again today......no wind though.

 

O man is it snowing here! Coming down really good right now. I wanted it to get real cold before the snow started flying so we could get some real thick ice for ice fishing but oh well!

 

Well it's started again.......looks like we are supposed to get hammered again. They say could be up to 9" or so. I'll be up in the wee hours to plow.

 

We got a decent dumping of snow here in anchorage over the last couple days. Dave did you guys get your fare share as well?

 

I measured 10.5" on my lawn yesterday. Some deeper drifts in places.

 

Sheesh Dave, you guys are getting pounded down there!

 

All of Kenai was without power all morning yesterday. I was plowing 5' drifts for hours. Pretty crazy.

 

Yeah I saw that on ktuu. Crazy stuff! The wind was blowing up here but not quite like that.
