...

No. My "Fek" thread kind of outlines my trials and tribulations.

I got the bolts on Monday and I'll start bolting the rear end back together this weekend. Before I cut off the front supports I am going to piece everything together and make sure I'm not missing anything else.

Jeepus is in the garage all sad. Fortunately I don't have to wait until Easter for it to make a miraculous return. Haha.

Very nice. I got my rear-end put back together... mostly. I need to get a spanner wrench for the control arms and dial them in. It took me an hour to figure out the rear lower control arm nut. I also need to drill out one of my fuel tank skid plate welded in nuts, it got cross-thread and I didn't notice until it was too late. Fortunately it's in a place that I can easily just throw in a bolt and nut and call it a day.

Jeepus is looking good and despite how difficult this kit is I'm still glad I got it.

Tomorrow is rear drive shaft and buttoning everything up in the rear. Then I put together the front *off* the Jeep to make sure I'm not missing anything and I understand the layout.

I have been taking a ton of pictures and my write-up is posted in the forum. I hope it helps people out.

Sounds like a lot more work than my lift. Which was a pain in the ass for me. Hopefully you can finish up and get it out on the trail.

Yeah, this lift is pretty involved. The Evo DoubleD long-arm bolt-on is no small task. I just got the rear end buttoned up and drover her around. SHE MOVES! I'm so happy that a) I can get out of the garage still, and b) she's drivable.

I'm doing the lift kit, new drive shafts, and adjustable track bars all in one swoop.

That rear drive shaft is a royal pain in the @$$.

With that said, I'm becoming pretty proficient at this so if anyone needs help let me know. Oh, and AIH doesn't have spanner wrenches but Grainger does. Industrial hardware my @$$. Also, O'Reilly's doesn't have a 1 5/16" socket but I found one at Autozone. O'Reilly's is letting me down more and more.

Bought this trailer two weeks ago. It is in great condition considering it was built in 1965. I am in the process of tearing it down, sandblasting, and restoring for a new M416 Expedition trailer build. Anyone have one that can share some thoughts or challenges from them?

That's a good find. I have a 2-door and I'm always worried about my towing capacity and I'm afraid one of those fully loaded would kill my poor little 3.8.

This one is just over 600lbs dry. Did fine towing it home - actually really couldn't tell a difference with the 3.6. I am watching the material weights and extras I am putting on it though - just in case.
