Agreeing with l00py1211, you will be over the half way hump on a winch bumper.. depending on which path you choose stubby or full width. bumper.

Yeah which is why I'm not buying that plate lol. Hoping someone has the hook up on some fab skills

I just got up here last week and I am picking up my 2013 jku rubicon next week . I got the block heater from the factory what other things do I need to get and where is the best place to go

I am in Fairbanks

A snowbrush/ window scraper!
Personally, I thought the stock rubi tires do pretty well in the winter, so ya should be good!
Maybe invest in some driving lights. KC's or HID's are pretty easy to come by at Oreilly's.

Nah you dont need that bullshit. Just let it idle and warm up a good 15-20 min on the real cold days. Block heater is all ya need.

I've got the battery blanket and tranny heater. It's a lot colder in fairbanks than in Palmer.

With those three on the really cold days it still takes 10 minutes to warm up to an operable temperature. I got my done at the dealership genes. Pretty sure you could do it yourself for way less.

Ya that's what I was thinking I leave in feb and don't want the wife to have to deal with it. Trying to get it all done before I leave !
