Default Alaska Hwy.

I'm makin the drive in my JK pullin a 2000 Lbs trailer. Rig is doin OK 12 MPG and I can only maintain about 45 MPH on steep grades in 4th gear. I've gone about 2500 miles had a flat tire ,broken windshield and wittnessed a fatal car wreck. I'm in Ft. Nelson British Columbia. I started in Santa Barbara CA 5 days ago and I should get there this weekend. I'll see you in Anchorage.

Be safe driving but take time to enjoy some of the scenery. It's an awesome drive. Word of advice, don't even bother replacing your windshield once you get here....part of you claiming residency here is to have at least 3 seperate cracks on your windshield.

I was gonna ask how comfortable/bearable the long drive was. Hell, my back is broken just driving from Anchorage to Fairbanks.
