I see your point, but I dont believe that it is "great" that it is going to be shut down indefinetly. If anything I believe it is sad, it is sad that it could not have been resolved in a nother form. It is sad that the ones that go there just to have a good time and have good intentions have to suffer because crack heads and car jackers used it as a haven as well, yet the offroaders are the "renegade rebels" to the cops. IMO, the people using it for orv reasons are not doing any more harm to it than what the dozers will do when they finally get around to developing the land. I know many of the local jeep clubs will pretty much dis own members of their club for wheeling there, but I believe it is hypocritical of them. Cuz a lot of the members of lsjc, Joco, tx4wd, and others have wheeled there and now that they decided to stop going, they believe that no one else should go either! Just my... .02

I have never been there! I moved here in 2000 and I was told it was illegal so I never wanted to go and yes I am a member of LSJC. Instead I am constantly looking for ranches around the metroplex to wheel legally. I believe with the right sales pitch we can find some ranches that will let us play for a few dollars, atleast untill hunting season.
