the security is the police, not security guards (I think they have some of those too)
anyway they are getting pretty serious about keeping offroad vehicles off of the property.
I beleive that they are doing some drilling

Towards the end of this thread, we get into the legality of 360.

Not just ORV peeps, ANYONE that is on the property. It isn't the offroaders that got the property to this point. It is the trash that goes down there, doing bad things. There has been gang activities reported down there, drug trafficking, reminents of chopped stolen cars have been dumped there, and many other things! We are the pig in the situation, Farmer John saw that a fox has been stealing his chickens so out of anger and frustration he kills the PIG!!! !

If you don't want to pay a ticket, definately don't go there. It was fun while open and the police weren't pressured by the owners and gas drillers to keep people out, but now they are being forced to enforce it. The last time I tried to go out there, I stopped and talked to a police officer in his patrol car for well over an hour. He was cool about the whole thing and thought it was a great place if it weren't for the disrespectful crowd. His only warning was "don't drive over those railroad tracks or I'll have to write you a ticket." That was enough for me.

It would be a great location for a formal park, but the price is sky high and likely only going up due to the recent gas drilling nearby.

I used to go there all the time, what a crazy place with treehouses and what not, haha. I haven't been since I moved.
