I doubt if you will get what you are looking for and if you disparage them when they have the contracts to show all issues were your own then they can sue you.
Thanks for the post, appreciate it.

We don't pay invoice for the vehicle. Who taught you that? I forgot, we just make them up as we go and decide what to charge each customer at the time of sale. There is a invoice printing machine out back.

I agree. Done, pointless, neither party wins. We lost a customer and the customer lost a very nice Jeep they ordered.

I know completely. Used to work at a dealership doing installs on accessories and all that "extra" crap...... We used to cut people deals though. 3200 for parts and labor is retarded in my opinion.

Yes we need to re look at trades after a order comes in. Usually there is a difference making the value lower. In your case it went up.
It was a mistake that was made it was misread no reason to bash. Like the other poster said, you could have taken your Jeep to carmax like you did anyway and still purchase the Rubicon. We would have done the deal either way.
no both lines signed on both documents are the management approval lines.....not my name.....i was told verbally i would get 19.370.00 in december....then told 17000.00 in january....after doing that to me i was not intrested in doing any business with anyone related to Allen Samuels dealership....I wouldnt do business with anyone that tried to tell me my trade-in was only worth 17000.00 when NADA says its worth alot more and carmax proved it was worth more as they cut me a check in 30 mins and i was on my way to another dealership to buy a jeep.

Whew that's a lot to read. Bottom line is that all dealerships are in it to make money. I bought mine from River Oaks two weeks ago and probably won't buy from them again. They were not horrible but they certainly didn't go above and beyond to earn my business. Any dealership can and will take advantage of you. From the sales transaction to the finance douche bags. They are the worst. I argued with the finance guy at RO over .04%, that's 2.99 he wanted to give me versus 2.95 I was already approved for. He said I was crazy for not taking 2.99 when it's a higher rate. He eventually gave me 2.5. That FKR. Arguing saying its the best deal ever then five minutes later giving me a better one.

Anyway, that's my rant. At least you have a kick a$$ jeep.

There is a meet and greet this Saturday in spring/cypress.

Honestly I doubt we will ever know what really happened. There is the OP's side and the Dealer's side, but I feel the truth is somewhere in the middle. Dealers are out there to make a profit, not be your friend. Either get everything in writting or it never happened.

All that matters is you now have a Jeep and you enjoy it.

Also publicly bashing a dealer is never a good idea, especially if you ever plan on getting any warranty work done. There is a thread on here about the owner of the forum having his entire warranty VOIDED simply for giving a dealer a bad review.

yea i should have got everything in writing and paid more attention to what they did write down verse what they told me...i had a bad feeling from the get go and i should have listened to that and gone over my paper work again...maybe then i would have seen the discrepancy....just to let all know that the check for my down payment showed up today in the mail so i can put this matter to rest...it was never my goal to get the down payment back but to share my experience in hopes it would be beneficial to others...thanks again to all for the help, support and understanding
