tomorrow I get my tuffy overhead console, I got 4 days off, so tomorrow I'll be trying to build my wiring harness, looks like I'll have to get another radio adapter because the one I bought from ultimate electronics doesn't have an illumination/dimmer wire even though the details list a dimmer wire. Hey dante you get your amp running again?

 

Negative on the amp getting up and going. I'd love to stop by and help where I can and get my amp fixed but unfortunately I'll be in San Antonio until Wednesday.

 

Ill help you thursday if your free so I can help look over your amp, today I started some of the teardown, and extended the FM antenna, tomorrow I gotta figure out how to mount the radio inside the tuffy compartment among other things. let me know about thursday.

 

I'll be pulling this evening around 6 or so, I'll try to make it out there manana, I have work tomorrow evening though. So that might be an issue. Hows your project going?

 

Got alot of progress done today before the sun set, I could have finished today but I wanted daylight in order to take pics, the console is mounted up, and wires layed out. Its just a matter of tomorrow to finish, which will be connecting the radio harness at the dash, and tapping into two wires, then just reconnect my amp inputs and plug in my amp power again. Most of my wiring is routed, FM antenna hooked up also. I didn't test it but im confident my wiring is good, because this is what my 4th time wiring up my dash haha. Tomorrow I'll be starting work on my Jeep later on, so dont worry about me man, since I'll be going to town in the morning for some nick nacks with my family, but i'll let you know when im done, and maybe I can check out your amp after your outta work or friday when im outta work.
