Will be at Boca Chica either Friday, Sat., or Sunday. Not sure where we can off road, but I'm gonna look for it. This guy from Brownsville was supposed to call me but never did with directions. Don't have time to wait. Hope to see Jeeps there from the Harlingen, McAllen, Edinburg area. Go Longhorns!!!!

 

you can't legally offroad at boca chica beach. there is a 10mph speed limit and if you go on to the dunes you will get a ticket if caught.

go to the flats. drive towards brownsville. take the fm 511 exit.
drive on it till you get to highway 48 and turn left to go towards the island.
drive past the brownsville part. when you get to the start of the cement walls in the middle of the highway your going to turn off right, and your there.
just drive in and your can follow the water heading away from bville (towards spi)

 

Can't wait to go to the island again this weekend... Saw a couple nice jeeps
