Screamin Lizard in Bedford, TX. Between Dallas and Ft Worth. Speak with Gerry. He'll hook you up. They do great work there.

I thought I heard something after the goats and chickens. We have had a bad coyote problem lately. But the problem has been getting better and better, one at a time, the last few weeks.... I'm surprised ya'll haven't heard the "booms" down in Newport. I thought I had made half of Crosby get up early.....

Supercharger Install or
Hemi swap or
2wd to 4wd conversion or
Ghost paint

just to name a few. Drop a name if you know of a place or places. TIA
Why the HEMI? Reason I ask is my friend works at Allen Samuels (Clear Lake) and he says they are junk, he's the Service shop foreman, just what he sees I guess.

I'm one day probably going to go with an LS7 provided I can get a computer harness by then, long ways from even worrying about it. The v6 hasn't let me down yet.

www.screaminlizard.com I've chatted with them and seen a few for the new sales floor.
www.diamondoffroad.com I've heard good things of them, but never spoken with them
www.4wheelparts.com
www.mikesoffroad.com

Most dealers can point you in the direction of a shop that do their custom work prior to sale.

First I've heard of any comments about Hemi's. Haven't talked to anyone that has one yet. Why is he saying they're junk? (Besides an engine swap not being worth $15k.)

Oh...and if a dealer does the engine swap, do you still have a LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY ?

Screamin Lizard is in Bedford.

They did all my work and I love it. I would highly recommend them.

I know for a fact that they are offering Hemi conversions. They are a complete after market custom shop. And they all love Jeeps and off roading.

Call Gerry Pifer. He rocks!

Tell him I said hello.

We have at least 4 Jeep shops in and around Austin, but I could only recommend a couple of them. My Ex-forum members own a couple, so I won't give them the time of day.

I have no complaints on mine. Curious as to what the complaints are from that fella also.

There is a place in Grand Prarie called No Limits! They are starting to get away from Jeeps, but if you ask Jeff Allen very nice he might take a new project. No Limits used to build complete rock buggies from scratch! As a matter of fact, he has one of my Cj-5's right now, re locating the steering box/pump and doing a high steer set up for me!

Go to there website, and click "Project Vehicles" to see some of there past projects.
