I have cut my stock flares and there is no issue about that. Best of all there is no law in Texas that says a non commercial vehicle has to have fenders.
So soon comes off the stock flares and bring on the exo skeleton.

Thanks guys, I could not find any documentation that says we have to cover the tires but I have heard that from non-official sources. I think I will get a set of the narrow flares before too long.
