Torn...thanks for thinking about me...I am reallly bummed I will miss you guys on the 4th...but, it means we need to plan another trip soon! My family is still in Tulsa and OKC...so, I will be watching what goes on with you guys even after we move in Jan...Virginia Beach here we come...

Well I'll give you guys an update on my situation, for those who care...
I guess I haven't really made it public that I've been going through some job issues - as in I don't like mine. Well I did find a new job and accepted the position, and fortunately they were gracious enough to allow me to start AFTER our big July 4th week. Unfortunately, my current job is stiffing me on my vacation time which I was counting on so my week of vacation is now unpaid, which makes the entire trip much more expensive.
I'm still going, however, but it definitely takes away some of the fun. I've been stock piling beer for the last few weeks though, so maybe I'll just buy some spam and survive on spam and beer.
Man I can't wait to take some time off...its much needed.

That sucks Jack. Glad to hear you will still make it. Now that it costs over $50 to fill up the Jeep's gas tank, unpaid time hurts really bad. My friend's husband just got laid off by the Tracker boat factory because of slow sales. People just can't afford luxuries when we are taking it up the butt at the gas pumps.

I have enough fish to feed a small army, and plan on bringing it with me. My count now is lost, but has to be in the hood of 70 trout. I plan on eating trout till it's gone, cause I ain't bringing it back home...

sucks about the vacation time - glad you got a new opportunity though. i'd be happy to contribute to your stock pile with some fully leaded beer from arkansas if interested - i can't have a fellow osu fan in danger of running out of beer while on vacation.
